  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the label printer. Click one time on any other printer in the Printers folder to change the menu options at the top of the Printers folder. For example, click Microsoft Print to PDF. At the top of the Printers folder, click Print Server Properties. Click the Drivers tab. Click the Change Driver.
  2. Choose Hardware tab. Click on Device Manager button. 4 Find your NCR 7197 Receipt Printer device in the list and press double click on the ionmultiportserial device. Click Reinstall driver button. 5 Choose Install from the specific location and click on the Browse button.
