How to submit a ticket:
1. Connect your J2534 Pass-Thru device to the computer and OBDII port.
2. Connect a battery maintainer (12.5v - 14v).
3. Turn the key to position TWO - dash illuminated.
4. Plug your computer into a power outlet and set your PC to 'never sleep'.
5. Click the 'BlueLink Remoter' icon on your desktop. If you have not installed it, you can download it [HERE]. Be sure to enter the e-mail address you PAID WITH.
6. When you have four green lights, you may then lock in your VIN by hitting the “Confirm” button to obtain your fifth green light.
7. Next, fill out the “Coding Request” form on the right hand side with all your vehicle particulars, and the module you would like service for.
8. Once you are ready, TURN THE KEY ON and click 'Submit Request' in the bottom right corner of the software. You will be unable to submit your ticket unless all lights are green, the VIN is locked in and you have completed the form.

Below is a link to the required form for attempting an Audi/VW programming involving a vehicle security module. All customers of BlueLink stand to benefit from registering with NASTF to ensure your ability to program Audi/VW, as well as purchase parts from dealerships.
